Zeta Amicae
Zeta Amicae or ‘friends of Zeta’ are women who have similar interests of community
service and sisterhood, but who have not matriculated at a post-secondary level.
These women participate and contribute to charitable, religious, and educational
activities in their community and assist with Zeta events.
The Amicae of Beta Sigma Zeta participate in the following events:
- Sir Debonair/ Sir Lord
- March of Dimes
Archonettes
The Archonettes of Beta Sigma Zeta are high school ladies who demonstrate an interest
in the goals and ideals and principles of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. They participate
in a myriad of community service events, including, but not limited to volunteering
and mentoring younger children, serving at homeless shelters, and participating
in the Sir Debonair/Sir Lord Presentation, an annual Beta Sigma Zeta event introducing
young, promising boys to society.
The Archonettes meet every 2nd Saturday of the month at the Zeta house.
Amicettes
Amicettes are 9-13 year old girls who are willing to strive toward the high ideals
of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. These young ladies meet once a month, and participate
in a myriad of social events, helping to make them well-rounded young women, and
examples in their communities. The Amicettes meet every first Saturday of the month
at the Zeta House.
Pearlettes
Zeta Phi Beta, specifically Beta Sigma Zeta, is committed to serving the entire
community at large, including young children. Zeta’s Pearlettes are young girls
aged 3-8 that meet once a month, and participate in activities that include, but
are not limited to:
- Making and distributing Easter baskets
The Pearlettes meet every first Saturday of the month at the Zeta House.
